My Credentials

I am a Master Certified Life, Health & Wellness Coach, a midlife woman, wife, mother and (young) grandma. A firm believer that positivity attracts positivity, I share my life wisdom and coaching tools with other women, helping them live a healthier, balanced life with more meaning, purpose, joy and satisfaction, ultimately helping them reach their full potential. I'm originally from New York, grew up in South Florida and am living in Israel since 1997. I received my coaching certification through ICA - Israeli Coaching Association (איק"א) and I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Florida.
